Business responded to complaint: This is in response to a letter with ID # [redacted] that we received in the mail today.We have been in communications with [redacted] ***- [redacted] throughtout the entirety of the project During the final inspection we were aware immediately with the aesthetic issues that the inspector had with the deck After discussion the decision was made to issue a refund to the [redacted] s and we complied with their request.We also made communications with [redacted] ***- [redacted] to comply with the additional refund for the problems that were found with the patio door installation Taking responsibility for this issue.We will comply with the additional request made by the [redacted] s We are regretful that this situation has occurred We have built a strong reputation of satisfying and taken good care of our clients and it's unfortunate that we did not do our best in this situation to make sure that the [redacted] s were satisfied.We were introduced to the [redacted] s from a long time customer and have done various projects over the past couple of years for the [redacted] s and their family We truly regret that this situation has developed.We made an effort to communicate with the [redacted] s this evening so that arrangements can be made We hope that they will respond to this email so that we can communicate.Since this was the third inspection we wish that we would have had the opportunity to see first hand the inspectors issues We humbly apologize for the situation!Monique Ball/Eastside Companies
