[redacted] only mentions half the work that was talked about and agreed uponHis exact comments where "I'm just gonna put some stuff down on paper in case someone asks, cause a lot of the companies around here have been getting hit on taxes for claiming a certain amount and there being no paperwork, but I know what we talked about and what you want done." The work that was agreed upon was: Passenger [redacted] rocker panel to be replaced were rust had gone through Driver side door rust removed and new strip be welded in to be able to put in weatherstripping Passenger [redacted] driver quarter panel holes be filled in Manual vents on passenger [redacted] driver be filled in Stereo hole be replaced where major cuts where A entire bottom portion of a spare cab was brought in to have the metal to complete all jobs How can I take my truck back to a company that I have to file a claim with the Revdex.com to get quality work? If Eastsider Kustom and [redacted] took pride in their work I'd be handed out there cards to get them more business rather than filling out this complaint, like I do with every company who give me quality workI feel [redacted] and or Eastside Kustom should give me at the least half my money back since half the work was done For the record! If work is done right, you shouldn't be able to see the rust or almost cut yourself on the torn metal that still exists! Along with having to have all the work redone

holes on lower kick panel, remove rust on floor panel. He drop truck off on 6/5 he paid 400 down & 400 on completion. Total was 800. An estimate was written and he agreed to price and work. He was completely satisfied on pick up and paid the 400. Two weeks alter says he is not satisfied and work wasn't finished. I gave [redacted] the benefit of the doubt and offered to to the additional work at no charge. But he insist that he wants cash back. 3/4 of total amount is what he wants. So he insists on money and I am offering to do additional work. My offer is still there. I can not give cash back there was a lot of work done and it was done right.
