After contacting the Merchant who was responsible for this order, they replied back that the product was indeed shipped and delivered on December [redacted] via [redacted] Tracking number [redacted] There are a lot of thefts around the holidays and there is a very good chance the order was taken if she did not receive it.Anyway, attached is the tracking which shows her order was delivered and her order receipt which shows it was the correct address...I've also refunded her for the order and contacted her to let her know that according to the post office, her order was delivered on December ***, but we are refunding her anyway!

Customer is upset because her daughter's phone shattered while our tempered glass screen protectors was on itShe is demanding that we repair the screen.On our packaging (we can send you a copy if needed) it states "This product is not guaranteed to protect a broken LCD display, but to help prevent
a shattered LCD displayThis product is shatter resistant, not shatter proof and may shatter if not properly cared for".As badly as we feel that her daughter shattered her screen, we can not take responsibility if her daughter dropped the phoneWe do however offer a lifetime guarantee on the product and can send her a warranty replacement screen protector
