In August 2015, my shop did replace a water pump, serpentine belt and idlerpulley on a [redacted] dartInvoice # [redacted] is attached.PAGE [redacted] came to my shop sometime near the end of Novand again about twoweeks agoShe claims that our actions ruined her motorShe demanded that Ipay her $because her engine was ruined.I checked with my anti-freeze supplier and was assured that the anti-freeze weinstalled is compatible and could not cause the damage that she claims.I was under the impression that her car was not drivable and that the engine hadto be replacedI called [redacted] ***, about two weeks ago and spoke to a servicepersonHe told me that the car was not at the dealership, it was driven away, thesame day from their dealershipHe also said that he did not see where a newengine was even suggested.I have asked for the Spec sheet from my supplier of anti-freeze, who again hasassured me that this claim is untrueThis will prove what they are telling meI buytheir product in bulk quantities, The MSDS, which I do have, does not have theinformation on compatibility.The car came to our shop, with no fan belt, a dead battery and a bad water pump,those problems were fixedIf an anti-freeze not compatible with the car was putin her cooling system, it was not here at this shop.This is a claim, and could have a negative effect on my business's reputationand integrity, so I would ask Mrs [redacted] to cease and desist immediately[redacted] , 12-22-
