I received your letter notifying Echelon at K Station about the complaint filed.

We tagged all lockers that have items, then sent notices throughout the building asking residents to check their lockers and make sure they are properly registered in the management office. The notice also stated that the items will be removed from lockers if unclaimed by the end of July. When [redacted] brought this to our attention, we looked at our records to see that she is paying for a locker, but we do not have what storage locker number she is paying for.
