Review: The tanning beds have lights out and lights facing the wrong direction. They were also closed on 1-3-2014 because of snow. I had no problem driving there in a normal 2 wheel drive car. The roads were safe and the parking lot was clear and other businesses were open in the same shopping center.Desired Settlement: I paid $132 for a 3 month silver package. I would like refund or guarantee that the beds will be fixed.

The customer complained about bulbs being out in his tanning bed. The bulbs were then fixed, and the customer decided to resolve his complaint and continue his membership at Eclipse Tanning.
