Review: I hired them to work on my home to get rid of bedbug issue.
They came late for the appointment and did the job very quickly.
It did not look like they did everything that they said they are going to do on the invoice.
So problem remained.
They said they will call in two weeks for follow up which is included in the initial pricing but they never did.
So I called them to do follow up.
Made appointment with them which they never showed up. I called them many times and they always said they are on their way.
At the end (After five hours) they told me that they had wrong address which I think is a lie.
I made another appointment with them which they also did the exact same thing.
So I made another appointment to give them last chance. But they never showed up.
I have tried my best to trust them and made appointment three times by changing my schedule for them to come.
I feel I did my part to as customer but they are not doing their part.
Charging over $1000 for 45mins work that did not work is not acceptable.
Not showing up three times for the appointment is also not acceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back since their service did not work and they did not complete their follow up like they said.
