Contract is attached as requested. The last time the company is known to be on property is about April or May of 2016. I do not believe the claim of sealing the drive or running a snake in the drain. A 2.5" nail will not go into the majority of holes halfway and will not go in any of the holes all the way. If you need any photos or clarification, please let me know.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The last time that we received a business card was when was found in the garden over a year ago. Mr. [redacted] knows that the doorbell is inside the screened in porch. We have never seen anyone here or been notified that the concrete work was ever sealed as promised and apparently reported to the Revdex.com. We used nothing on the concrete the first winter because it was obvious that there was a problem. The work was done when cold out but Mr. [redacted] reassured me that the concrete would be fine due to the additives; however, his employee was adding water very late in the day and did not finish until well after dark. My understanding is that adding water like this causes separation. We do not have salt but did use a concrete friendly substitute several times this past winter. Most of the area is not close enough for street salt to be the problem. As for the drain, regardless of the drive and drain being totally clear, it will back up and, as I have expressed previously, I do not believe that it is connected properly. As long as the leaves were clear, it always worked fine before the work was done. Also, my kitchen sink may have more drainage capacity than the holes drilled into this drain. Even small sediment, like from the concrete separating, will block the drainage holes. I have previously asked to be shown the connection but the request was not honored.

Mr. [redacted] called to say he has been addressing this situation with the customer for awhile. At the beginning of the job, he asked the customer does the drain work?, and the customer assured him it did. However, the business has made several trips to house, each time he has cleared brown grass,...

weeds and brush from the covering over the drain. This is a homeowner's job to keep it clear. The business has resealed the concrete last year. Customer was advised no salt of any kind can be used on new cement. Bags of salt were seen at the customers home, as well as overflow from city salting. Business has snaked the customers' drain to 20', but it is still running slow. This is not the business' responsibility. It is up to the customer to make sure drain pipe is clear of clogs. The business will reach out to the customer today, and always leaves a business card in the door when no one answers.
