Ecosystems is not a reliable service provider. Although the inspectors are knowledgeable and friendly, the company is not honest in word and deed. During two sets of mold tests they failed to disclose their reliance on air sampling when remediation companies request swab samples. Likewise, after both the initial and final mold tests Ecosystems misrepresented deadlines. In the first instance, to avoid accountability they contacted the third party mold remediation service provider and postponed a scheduled appointment without client consultation. In the second instance, again to avoid accountability, they misrepresented the receipt of test results and failed to produce the promised report on time.
