Last year my wife and I had eco water install a water conditioner system. Its worked great and the staff, to include Joseph Conner, installer Bob and the rest of the company have treated us great and we're very happy about the system. The water here in Chewelah is terrible and this system has made all the difference, worth every dime it cost us. Thanks Joe and staff. Troy

I called to have a leak in my water softener fixed. They came out and replaced disc parts then left saying "It was good to go". My water softener leaked again, flooding my basement again. I called and they came out and said the leak was from a crack in the tank. When I said they had put in $85 worth of parts and didn't fix the leak, [redacted]/Ecowater system of Spokane's plan was to put back the old parts and do nothing for the inconvince of flooding my basement by not fixing it right in the first place.

Review: We got a postcard in the mail saying there was a parcel for us and gave us a number to call, so I called and was told that we could have someone sent out to our home to do a demonstration on the quality of our tap water and in exchange as a thank you for allowing them to come into our home and get their business out there they would give us a free no strings attached gift card dinner for two to either [redacted] or [redacted]. So we went ahead and set up an appointment because an hour of our time for a gift card sounded good to us! After the demonstrator/salesman finished his demonstration he said he was all out of the gift cards and would bring it by the following week. After a week and a half I called and he said he had forgotten and yet again promised to bring it to us. Another week passed without us seeing or hearing from him so I then called the company and the woman on the phone told me that the demonstrator/salesman should have given it to us and then hung up on me. I tried calling a few more times and was very pleasant each time and got the same answer and was hung up on every time. (Maybe they should consider having someone else answer their phones?) Anyways, since that was getting nowhere I found their email address where they said we could contact them about any questions/concerns/complaints and emailed them hoping to get a response and no such luck. All I want is the free gift card they promised us, simple as that.Desired Settlement: An apology for all this trouble of trying to get this resolved with no result and most of all we want the free gift card dinner for two to either [redacted] or [redacted] that was promised to us.

I apologize about the frustration you are having, that is certainly not our intent.

We visited the Spokane country fair in 2015, filled out the eco water consultation. After setting an appt up, and telling us their demo was no longer than an hour long, we were ready to here their demo. So 3 hours latter we were tired of them trying to sell us a very expensive setup. For wasting our time, we werected promised a gift certificate for $25 to Olive Garden. So filled that out sent that in next day. Called about it a month latter, they said they were really backed up and we were on the list. Three months latter called, still nothing, they said about another month out. I really think this company eco water is a scam, I could care less about a coupon for a dinner at this point. But I will go out of my way now to spread nothing but bad things about them, and how over priced, and how they cannot even make things right with a simple demo/ coupon. Review: My husband and I were promised a certificate for a dinner for two at [redacted] or [redacted] by 2 different representatives of Eco Water Systems if we were to allow them to come to our home to do a presentation of their product. This presentation was carried out the 2nd week of Dec. 2013 by [redacted]. After he was done and leaving I had to ask about the certificate. He assured me it would come in the mail within 4-6 weeks. I stated that I should have it by the end of Jan. 2014, which he agreed. It never came. I called [redacted] on March 8th to inform him we never received it and he mentions a large stack of them was just mailed out but if I didn't receive it by mid week the next week, I should let him know about it. I called him again on the 14th to state the certificate never came. He said he would be in touch and get one right out to me. Well another week has gone by, it is the 21st, and still no certificate or even a call to follow up and ask me if I received it. I believe this company is scamming potential customers with their promises and not following through and others should be warned of their bad business practices! The initial interaction was by a representative at the Spokane Fair in Sept. that made the same promise.Desired Settlement: an apology along with the promised certificate, unfortunately the sour taste we've experienced with their service will still be left after the dinner is enjoyed.

Mr. [redacted] was supposed to leave a voucher to send in to get your gift card, evidently that was not done. The card we give is for $25.00, which I will personally send this Monday.

Your complaint was never forwarded to our office by the people you where in contact with, if it had this would have been handled directly.

Review: Company changed operating practices for filter installation, leaving customer to handle water filter replacement. Did not provide instructions with replacement filter, or verification filter was correct for unit. Customer called and tried to verify product correctness and instructions. The representative stated someone would arrive and take care of the matter as per past practice. No mention was made or agreed upon for a $40.00 service fee plus tax. The bill arrived only after the situation was over.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to Not attempt to collect on a dubious invoice. I would like the company to disclose all fees and costs Prior to any action. I would like the company to state in advance to prior customers that their business practices have changed and are now at a fee. I would like products that require installation to be accompanied with instructions, such as drinking water filters. Finally, I would like the replacement filter to specify which units they are for so customers can ensure they have received the correct order.
