TLC Pet Haven is the only place around I would trust for my pup's boarding and daycare needs! They are so thoughtful, knowledgable, and they really go above and beyond to make sure your pet is happy

I have been using TLC for about years nowI was quite disturbed about some on the recent reviews as my experience here has been nothing short of wonderfulDenise (owner) as had to make that hard phone call to me when we left our dog boarded at her locationShe was able to notice that Belle was not acting quite right and suspected she had Lyme disease and suggested we have the Vet check her outWhile I hated getting the call while on vacation I was happy that she noticed so quicklyShe drove Belle to our vet (30+ minuets away) and had her looked atShe was correct on the diagnosis and needed to receive medical treatmentDenise and her team were able to provide the treatment while we were gone and updated us regularly on our vacationBelle also received obedience training at her facility (not done by TLC but used their space)Belle has no real issues of being boarded there as she was trained there so that is a nice addition as well
Our dogs are boarded generally once or more per year there without any problemsThey love social hour and daycare as well
This is just a fun place! Location could not be better as I drive by it on my way to work every day (off of 146)The staff is friendly and the facility is so much cleaner than the others I have been to
Denise and her staff at TLC Pet Haven are the only people that will groom my legged kids They are the only groomers that my dogs run to go into!!! They treat my legged kids as if they were there own No matter who grooms the pups they always come out amazing looking and smelling!
