Review: We hired him to add antifreeze to our heating system to prevent our pipes from freezing this winter. Prior to him coming my heating system worked fine. The evening after he came we lost heat in the upstairs zone. We called him up. He said there must still be air in the line. He sends someone else the next day. Rather than ever checking the pipes in the attic they just go down to the basement and run some machine that they claimed took all of the air out of the line. That night we once again have no heat. We check our attic and realize one of the pipes are very hot the other is not. We call him back for a third time. He shows up 4 days later. He still refused to go up to my attic after I tell him that is where the problem is. Instead he tells me about how he has jus been voted best plumber in Westchester and how he's been doing this job since he was thirteen and he's 54 years old. All I kept saying is that everything was working fine until he showed up and my upstairs has not worked since. He goes back to my basement and tells me I need a new circulator and that the one that had been working fine until he ever showed up was not strong enough for my house. He would not give me a price and told me I had to call him the next day. The next day we called [redacted] since we have a service contract with them. That guy came over. Within 15 minutes he figured out that the problem was that there was still air in the line that was trapped in my attic. He bled the valve in the attic. 5 minutes later I had heat, and it has been working fine since then!!!! I called ** back to let him know that he screwed up. Rather than ever uttering an apology he had the audacity to say the person at Roberson was not certified to fix it and that it will break within a week. I asked Roberson how much this thief would be stealing from me by replacing my current perfectly fine circulator. He said $800 - $1,000.Desired Settlement: I want an apology and him to pay any charges we may incur from Roberson Oil.
