These guys are good people
I'm a general contractor building custom single and multi-family dwellings in lower mainland
I've dealt with them a few times and keep sending my clients over to pick their materials and have the details dealt with by them
All I really have to do is to let them know a budget, and schedule, and things are pretty much automatic
All their proposals are FULLY broken out and they walk the clients through each line and explain the meaning and reasoning behind the work suggested
Clients come out happy and that means a happy GC
