We have never heard of this complaint from [redacted]. He joined the plan online and has never called us to ask for help. What he is experiencing is a common issue due to the fact that [redacted] Dental Plan is a re-seller of the [redacted] plan. All of the dentists would know the plan as [redacted]...

[redacted]. We include that information in the mailed material as well as list it on the website but often times people don't read what we mail them. On the members ID card it states that  this plan is the [redacted] plan. If he had shown the dental office his card he would not have had this misunderstanding.If the member called us to express his concern we would help him by explaining the program to him and also calling his selected provider to make sure he does not have any issues. If the member doesn't call us we can't help him. He shouldn't just declare false advertising when he has not made an attempt to discuss with us the issue. We handle calls like this daily and have a 100% resolution for each call.

Review: Before paying for the dental plan I reviewed service providers to ensure there were several in my area. After getting the dental plan I found out when I tried to make an appointment that none of the providers in my town ([redacted]) have ever heard of the "[redacted] Dental Plan".Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $98.00 I paid
