Now I feel like I wasted $with these people that I don't have being a senior citizen on a fixed income
I don't even own a house, I have asked several times to stop calling my cellphone and they will NOT stop! They keep telling me it's not their company, yet they are the ones that keep calling
This company is the worst air conditioning service provider in the South West Florida region. We had a scheduled visit from Efficiency Air to carry out a routine service on my air conditioning unit. Two techs arrived at my address to conduct the inspection needed which took all of 10 minutes to complete, but the techs did not examine the air conditioning unit located inside the garage, they only inspected the unit located on the outside of the house. Within a short space of time these techs had told the resident of the property that she needs to pay $150-$200 for the coolant needed in the unit due to low pressure. They did not conduct a full inspection or service within the time warrented for the inspection. Therefore, the 2 techs had concocted to charge money for a product that was not needed. As a resilut we contacted another air conditioning company to carry out the same inspection Efficiency Air were scheduled to carry out, but on this occassion we were told that our air conditioning unit was working 100% and does not need any coolant or freeon because the outside unit has enough pressure. Therefore, this information contradicts whatever the 2 techs from Efficiency Air had told us. The end result indicate that the techs who came to the address in question had on intention, TO MAKE MONEY AND CHARGE FOR A PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT NEEDED.. I would advice any person who needs to have a service carried out on an AC unit should avoid Efficiency Air because there techs are not up to the job, plus the two who came to this address are nothing but crooks looking to make quick money from a senior citizen. This company should be avoided at all costs...

We just had our A/C serviced by Efficiency Air and was told that the UV light was burned out, even though it was lit yesterday when I replaced the filter. The technician told us that just because the bulb is lit doesn't mean it's working. I've never heard of such and according to other sources this isn't true. They wanted $180 to replace the bulb that costs $75 on Amazon! Now I feel like I wasted $700 with these people that I don't have being a senior citizen on a fixed income.
