Review: I have contacted NCO several times about my [redacted] acct that I closed when I paid it in full. I do not owe this amount. I have requested them provide proof and they have failed to do so because I do not owe this yet they continue to harass me by calling me and sending me letters and ruining my credit by filing falsely to the credit agencies.Desired Settlement: I want a letter stating the account is closed with a zero balance and that they have removed all negative reporting to all credit agencies.

Review: State of KS sent me to this company for collection for tax year 2008, 2009, and 2010. On Sept 23, 2011, I paid off my balance of 283.49 for year of 2008. They also reported I paid off the balance for year 2009 and 2010. For the tax year of 2011, the state of KS sent me back to NCO due to me not paying my balance on April 15, 2012. I set up payment with NCO and made the last payment for this bill on Dec 12, 2012. This year on April 11, 2013, I called the state of KS trying to set up a payment plan for my tax I owed for year of 2012. On this day, they informed me I still owed for year 2008. I informed them that I paid NCO. From this day, I have made multiple calls to NCO regarding this. Each time I called, they stated I didn't owed. On 4-22-13 at 12:11 pm I spoke to NCO rep with a state of KS rep and the NCO rep stated I paid off the 2008 balance of 283.49. On May 6, 2013 at 4:45 pm, in which I was informed again that I didn't have a balance for year 2008, only balance is for tax year 2012 of $181.00. I believe on this call I requested my payment history and my statement of my account and was informed they are not able to do this. I called on 5-24-13 at 12:32 pm and again was informed I didn't have a balance for year 2008 because it was paid off only balance I had was for year 2012 of $181. I called again on 5-31-12 at 4:07 pm only to be told again that I didn't owe a balance for year 2008. I called on 6-3-13 at 12: 35 pm; on this day I was told again I didn't owe and that their supervisor was going to call me back regarding the issue. I called again on 6-4-13 at 11:33 am, only to be told their supervisor is still trying to sort this out. I called again on 6-4-13 at 1:26pm with no resolution; again told I don't owe a balance for 2008. On 6-6-13 I finally spoke to a NCO supervisor, [redacted], who told me it appears that they didn't put down all of the balance from the state of KS from back in 2011. When I informed him how they told me repeatedly that I didn't owe a balance for 2008 and how I paid it off on Sept 23, 2011, [redacted] informed me that he was going to continue to look into it. He stated how he told KS that it wasn't fair for me to have to pay any late penalties because they (NCO) were the ones that didn't report to me the correct amount. I informed [redacted] then, how I needed to see my detail history and any statements balance details from state of KS showing that I still owe from year 2008 considering for the past 21 months, NCO reported I haven't owed a balance. He informed me that he was going to look more into it to see where the errors were and was going to call me back in a few days. However, I never received a call back from him. On 6-29-13 I received a bill from them with a balance of 393.45. On June 4, 2013, I had set up payment arrangement to pay off the $181.00; pyment set for Jul 1, Aug 1 and Sept 1, 2013. I called NCO yesterday to get an explanation regarding the balance of 393.45; I informed the rep, [redacted], how I only knew about $181.00 and how they have repeatedly refused to provide me with my account history. This called ended when he hung the phone up on me after I requested to speak with a supervisor. When I called them back, I the rep that I was going to make a formal complaint because they have denied me my right as a consumer explanation of my bill. It was then that the rep told the request was just put in. However, I informed her it was too late due to the fact since April, 2013, I have been denied this right. Also, they sent me a bill without providing me any explanation.Desired Settlement: I only want to pay the $181.00 for tax year 2012. For the past 21 months, NCO reported to me that I didn't owe a balance for year 2008; they reported it was paid off on Sept 23, 2011. They have refused my consumer's right of explanation of a bill they reported I have. On April 22-13 NCO rep informed state of KS via conference call how I paid the balance of $283.49 on Sept 23, 2011 and according to state of KS, they hadn't received that payment information from NCO. I believe NCO has acted unethically and they are violating my rights. I shouldn't be responsible for a balance of $212.45 because of their lack of accurately reporting balances.

Review: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
the only balance I agree to pay is for tax year 2012, for 181.00. They refused me multiple times to provide me explanation of this supposed to be 2008 balance. For over 21 months, they have told me my 2008 balance was paid for. My rights as a consumer was violated when they refused to provide me with an explanation of the bill, thus for, making it their responsibility, not mine's. It's not my fault that they reported the wrong balance, and then for 21 months, told me that I had a clean balance with them. Even with this letter that they provided, it's unclear what they claim my balance is; it appears there are interest fees on a balance that I wasn't even aware of because they reported I paid this balance off. I'm very dissatisfied with how this was handled. According to the FTC (http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection) a debt collector supposed to send me a written validation notice with in 5 days after they first contact you. However, they never did that with this alleged 2008 balance. I hope this can be resolve as soon as possible. As stated earlier, I agreed that I owe 2012 balance of 181.00. Anything outside of this balance, I don't acknowledge owing. Mainly because NCO reported for over 21 months that I didn't owe a 2008 balance and they refused me an explanation of the alleged bill within the legally timeframe. Have a good day.

Review: We received 2 (threatening collection) letters in the same day from NCO Financial Systems, Inc. regarding a creditor "[redacted]. One in the amount of $18.95 the other in the amount of $10.99. Neither pertain to us. We never heard of the company. And in fact we filed and were discharged from a bankruptcy that would have accounted for any such non bogus debt. It is an illegal action against us and we want it stopped.Desired Settlement: We want them to stop contacting and threatening us.

Review: I gotten numerous of voicemails, calls, & statements for NCO Financial Services. Voicemails were left with a name left on it, other than mine. When calling to remove my number. I was over talked and accused that NCO does not leave messages with names, knowing what I heard. After verifying my name, address, & birthdate, discovering an account in my name, still wanting to remove my number. I inform customer service representative of what other name is being called for she got aggressive and basically stating I was wrong. I disconnected the call to reach another rep. Now speaking with another rep, just to clarify I asked "Am being recorded correct?", after not being read my Mini-Miranda rights. I was hung up on. I called back 5 times, NCO having caller-ID, my call kept being hung up on. How I know? Because right after I say "Hello?", call was disconnected. Now I'm frustrated, because not only was I being rude to, now I have no customer service assisting me. Just because I was informing them about my contact information and verified if I was being recorded, so I know it will be on record. NCO is so determine in a very uncomfortable way. I feel so harassed and mistreated. I called numerous of times to reach 4 every rude reps. Called from another line and asked if they were speaking with 'some lady's name', informed her "No", and she stated "Okay I will remove your number" and hung up on me. Like somebody else can not have a new number w/ a old debtor's number. Once again, I called to speak with my 6th rep, he gave me this address w/NCO, then stated why will I pay them. Wow, really? How about "Is there anything I can assist you with?", since I just asked about info about the company. This is just ridiculous. I never been treated with bad service.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)
What can be done for very bad rep service? I would like to be notified, because I would like to take further action on this matter. Would Revdex.com be abled to contact NCO?

Review: In January 2013 I paid a debt to NCO Financial which I thought I had already paid but was unable to find in my records. However, a day or two later I found that the debt had been paid to [redacted] in November 2011. I notified NCO and put a stop payment on the POS payment. The money was refunded to my bank account. Last night I was checking my bank balance and saw that NCO took the money out again without notice which over drafted my account. I spoke to [redacted] at [redacted]. She informed me my account was complicated because they had the account then sold it then got it back and on and on. But she did locate a note that stated the account was paid in full in November 2011 to [redacted]. I have been trying to reach her this afternoon which we arranged when I spoke to her this morning. My cell phone was going dead. She was going to check into the "mess" and I would contact her this afternoon. I feel like I'm getting the run around.Desired Settlement: I want my money returned to my bank account IMMEDIATELY. In addition, I have incurred one over draft charge of $35.00 and there is the potential for two more to over draft so I want to be reimbursed for any bounced checks this ERROR has caused.

[redacted] said, I had to not only submit a email stopping the email, but I also had to make sure the email had an original signature. I did not make the error. Review: Overcharge, refusing to refund overpaid bill
On 12/09/2012 I visited [redacted] at the [redacted], Florida, location. At the time of service I paid $50 on my [redacted] as a copayment. A couple months later they put my in collections with NCO Financial for $97 which was paid over 4 payments ($25 on 5/24/13, 4/26/13, & 4/02/13) and the remaining $22 on 6/21/2013. I then received an updated EOB from my insurer that advised that all i'm responsible for this service is $38.71, meaning I was tricked into overpaying by $108.29 .I mailed a letter to both [redacted] and NCO financial in 7/2013 explaining the situation and demanding a refund of my overpaid fees and heard nothing back. In early 8/2013 I received a bill stating that I owe $50 for the service. I called and disputed and the young lady in the customer service team sorted through the mess and agreed that I was owed this money. She said she was escalating the account, and that i'd get a personal callback. It is now 3 weeks later and i've heard nothing from anyone.Desired Settlement: I am demanding my overpaid money back. [redacted] got paid their money from both [redacted] and Myself, and tricked me into overpaying by NCO Financial as a collection agency.I am owed $108.29. I will not let this slide by, which is what it seems they're trying to get me to do. If I do not receive the money i'm owed, I will file a small claims lawsuit against [redacted] and NCO Financial, which will cost them more in court costs, than the $108.29 that they're trying to steal from me.

I am rejecting this response because: NCO completely failed yo address the issue at hand. Instead of researching the issue and finding a solution, they threw alk blame on a third party. NCO has a long history of documented collections abuses including multi-million dollar fines, and their refusal to make this issue right further proves that they still have no interest in being a professional organization. NCO can continue hiding from the issue by blaming [redacted] all they want as I'll continue to hold them accountable for the money they owe me. I will get the money that I'm owed, and should a lawsuit become necessary, NCO can expect to be included as a co-defendent. This will cost them far more than the money they stole from more.

I have a son, [redacted], who is 30 years old, He does not walk, he does not talk. His health is declining. He
can crawl, but frequently falls over. He is getting weaker. He no longer qualifies for physical therapy
because he is so delayed he can't make enough measurable progress to warrant therapy under our new
medicare guidelines. So as a result, his health is declining and he is frequently injuring himself.
I have a land line phone because of [redacted], so I can call 911 and hopefully get a faster response when

In May 2012, I received a bill from [redacted] regarding my home phone acct. which stated I had a past due
balance of 67.33. To make a VERY LONG story as short as possible, I called [redacted] and asked what these
charges were for. I was told they didn't know, and couldn't find the cause for the charges, but that they
would be credited back to my acct. I trusted this would happen . ( Mistake# 1).
Then, in Aug 2012 I received a letter from NCO [redacted] requesting my past due balance be paid.
Obviously [redacted] did not do what they stated back in May 2012. I then called [redacted] on 8-2012 and spoke

1. [redacted], who couldn't explain what happened so he transferred me to
2. Diego, who couldn't find out the cause of the charges, and transferred me to
3. JoeL (a supervisor) who couldn't find out the cause ofthe charges, and transferred me to
4. [redacted]( a specialist) who also couldn't find the cause for the charges, and eventually
transferred me to, 5. [redacted] who told me "there were no past due balances on my acct and the problem would
be taken care of' ( mistake# 2)
Since [redacted] can no longer get the physical therapy he needs, and is declining quickly, I decided to
add a special pool in which I can do water therapy for him to maintain his strength and range of
motion. SO .................... I began trying to qualify for financing, and low and behold, discovered that
my credit rating, which for years has been @ 793 is now 691 BECAUSE OF THE PAST DUE BALANCE
FROM [redacted] FOR 67.33 WHICH APPARANTLY DOES NOT EXIST.
So ............. this week, I began the torture of calling [redacted] yet again regarding this SAME issue, 1 year
later. I first spoke with
1. [redacted], who transferred me to a number within [redacted] that DOES NOT EXIST ( ###-###-####) and
so was disconnected. I called back and spoke with
2. [redacted] (specialist [redacted]) who asked for my entire social security number, and told me she
couldn't find any outstanding balance ( imagine that!) and transferred me to
3. [redacted] ([redacted]'s supervisor) who was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in customer
service. She would not stop talking long enough for me to explain the issue, and then hung up
on me). I then proceeded to call
4. [redacted] ( [redacted]) which I couldn't hear anything because she" had a malfunction of her
headset" and transferred me to
5. [redacted] ( [redacted]) who gave me 2 options, said I could call accts receivable or "call corporate
office to have this removed", but could not give me the number or transfer me. She did however
call accts receivable and spoke with a "specialist" who said I would have to call the credit
bureaus, and then they promptly disconnected my call, although she did call back to tell me she
would call me back on my cell at 5 PM that afternoon. She did NOT call back. She did however
during the previous call, conference in with [redacted] from [redacted] (the company I am
trying to finance the pool with). I asked her to do this so I would have a witness FROM [redacted]
verifying I HAD NODesired Settlement: Unspecified

Review: This is a pretty standard debt agency. My wife and I have had a few financial hardships in the past, but I have always honored my word. I've have rebuilt our credit scores to the point were now were are in a very good situation especially now that my wife has become a RN. A big part of this process was not only continuing to honor my current obligations, but I had to deal w/ many debt collection agencies to pay back money that I owed.NCO Financial Systems Inc has no problem making settlements and the provided payments as we have agreed. This company operates mostly by verbal contracts and assure me ever time I call that my voice is being recorded for my protection. They have no problem taking my money, however they're having a lot of problems proving me any proof that any settlement was indeed reached when I have clearly upheld my part of the verbal contract and they have clearly taken my money, which is easy to prove. They have assured me many times that these letters would be in my mail box and we are under our own time restraints as we are closing on our first house in 8 days now. I have given ample time and many polite phone calls requesting these letters. I've also requested it by Fax or email. This has become absurd! The first time I asked to speak to a manage, after waiting a certain amount of time since the last settlement payment was in, they agreed to transfer me to a manager, I was put on hold for about 5 minutes then hung up on.I called back and they said they were having problems with the phone system. I believed them at that time, but now I'm not so sure that they don't do that to everyone. I have been given many different stories of how they can't mail, fax, or email, until I spoke to a manager that said they can do it by all those means. I feel I have given this company ample time and my wife said that they are required to provide this proof by law in a timely manner. I don't want money, I only want 3 letters proving that we have both honored our agreement! Thank you...Desired Settlement: I am only asking for proof that this company made the settlements we have agreed to, by Fax, email, or mail in a timely manner.

Review: I tried to reach out to NCO regarding a collections with my student loan. First I had to wait on hold than I had to go through 3 different people to get any type of help. The last person I talked to was Chris L[redacted]. He had an attitude and was not helpful at all. I tried to set up a monthly payment plan and he wouldn't do it. I'm not working at this time and the most I can pay is $40 until I can find a job. My co signer which is my father is unable to pay because he hasn't worked since June. He had prostate cancer and 3 others surgeries in the month of June 2014. He also has another surgery coming up in January. He has medical bills to pay which I can prove. I have been paying $50 a month and have never been late from March to August all of a sudden my case was sent NCO and they want let me continue with my monthly payment.Desired Settlement: monthly payment between $30-40 until I get a job and I'm willing to pay more.

Review: Address and phone I am calling:
NCO Financial Systems [redacted] MI 49201
800-[redacted]
NCO is the agency that [redacted] uses so we can pay our [redacted] bill online. My husband called [redacted] today and paid the bill via the phone. I was not aware of this so I called later in the afternoon and paid the bill with the same card. Once we realized we called NCO right away which was about an hour after my online transaction. My husband talked to several different people at NCO who [redacted] put him in contact with but who all said that's not my job and sent him to someone else. Finally he spoke to a customer representative who tried to help but refused to cancel the second transaction even though it is stil pending at my CC company. They said we have to wait until the amount is charged and then send a copy of my CC statement with the account number, name and phone number to get a refund even though they can see on their system that the same amount was charged twice on the same CC. Since last statement just came out, I have to wait 1 month for my statement and then request a refund that may or may not receive after 3 or 4 days. They get to KEEP my money almost $400 for at least 30 days!!!
At the same time I called the NCO help desk and have been on hold now for over 2 hours and have not spoken to one person as of yet!Desired Settlement: I would like NCO to cancel a transaction if a customer requests it. I supplied them with the transaction number and account number. That they refuse to cancel the transaction is egregious and they are holding on to funds that are not theirs for as long as they possible can. I should not have to fax my statement to them to request a refund, they know whether or not it's been charged or not. It is completely dishonest.
I know they have the capabilities of just canceling the transaction befor
