With the exception of Hanna Heating and Air Conditioning and one other, I have never posted bad reviews, ever. But Hanna Heating and Air is deserving of this review, as well as the one I posted about them last year on [redacted] , which doesn't seem to show up anymore when Hanna is googled. Hanna installed two new units in our home in 2011. We have had trouble with one of them basically since installation. They have been out numerous times since installation and we have spent hundreds of dollars on repairs. Hanna never told us that if we didn't register our units that the warranty would not be valid. While I am sure this info is in all the reading material provided, it should be policy as well as good business practice to let people know that if they don't register, they have no warranty. In addition, Hanna has been dishonest about what they have told us and been extremely rude, not surprising. After limping along with a poorly functioning unit since its installation and spending hundreds of dollars on repairs, we are left with having to replace the unit, again, after only 5 years. While Hanna does have some good reviews (the bad ones disappear), I strongly suggest thinking twice about using this company, not worth taking a chance on them!
