[redacted] made the mistake of charging Mr [redacted] credit card on 12/15/When Mr [redacted] called Bravo about the situation on 12/22/we called [redacted] and tried to correct the situation by getting them to reverse the charges to the credit cardWe had given them a PO, so in essence we had been charged as wellThey assured me at that time that they would have the charges reversed within 24-hoursI called Mr [redacted] right after the phone call to let him know what had been said by [redacted] as I know this was a concern as he was traveling out of town for the Holidays Coming back from the Holiday vacation, I had already received a call from Mr [redacted] that the credit had not been applied to his cardAt this point I called [redacted] again nd stated this matter needed to be taken care of immediately as Mr [redacted] had made this report to the Revdex.com against Bravo when we werent even the ones who charged his credit card and our debt with [redacted] had been taken care of via a PO#Steve, the manager had stated that they had to get it approved from the head office......again, Bravo was getting the blame for this Long story short, Mr [redacted] did get his credit card fixed and received a credit from [redacted]

Point Blank there were some alignment issues on this vehicle that we were not happy with which is why the repair took a little longer that expectedWe did step up and give Ms*** a rental at our expenseThis is always a concern when an insurance company will opt for aftermarket over OEMWe
had to realign the hood and front several times before we let Ms*** know that at this point we were just going to order a OEM hoodOnce the hood came in and we got it installed the problem fixed itself as the fitment was much betterI agree that there was some communication issues and that has been delt with on an internal level
