Dear Mr [redacted] , I have spoken with Mr& Mrs [redacted] several times and the issue has been resolved Mrs [redacted] assured me she would contact the Revdex.com and inform them of such I was waiting for her to notify you before I contacted you We never made any false promises to her, and are sorry that she was unhappy with the results We must follow the guidelines set to us from the manufacturer for liability reasons Our patient satisfaction is most important to us and for those reasons we have chosen to refund Mrs [redacted] Thank you, [redacted] Office Administrator [redacted] ***
