Due to the fact that this home was sold at a discounted price in "as is" condition, there was a miscommunication regarding who would be responsible for repairing a minor leak in the kitchen sink.? Eldorado Estates has had the leak repaired at our expense.? The issue has been resolved.? Any and all claims in the complaint including the fact that Eldorado Estates was intentionally misleading is untrue
