The [redacted] Restaurant"(this was not in [redacted] not honor their coupon for free lunch on certain items to certain people.On October 30,2013, I ask my husband to get us the free lunch but you can't use the special for today which was what we were getting but at regular(6.50 plus tax)Lunch cost not the special of today was five something which they said they couldn't do so we told them charge regular lunch price they refused the free lunch and told us today was Wednesday they could not we had to pay dinner menu price which with tax is over ten dollars so it was no free lunch it was a six dollar valued card plus ten dollars in cash so they would not honor it at the regular cost at lunch which is six-fifty plus tax. The time was around one o'clock and you must use it before 3pm.The card states in small print "When you get (6)signatures,you receive a FREE lunch or $3.00 off one dinner entree after 3pm. Not valid with any offer. Maximum Value-$6.00.The cashier and on duty Manager refused to honor the free coupon for lunch they wanted us to pay triple. I called the manager and let him know I would tell people like Revdex.com he said go ahead do what you want to. He said I done told your husband I said that it is not me.And I stated that he did not honor what they advertise.And often wonder if they treat us this way because I am disabled. The place smelled like a sewer in the bathroom.Desired SettlementThat they honor the same to all customers and honor what they advertise. I would like if they would stop being judgmental if you are disabled and don't have much money to leave them large tips.Especially when it is a treat and special to eat out once in a while. In the past I have over looked them not cooking the onion and peppers well done and giving us half the normal meal at a large price because we don't eat their beans and the salad and ask them to cook the peppers and onions so they are not raw.I am asking that I get at least my free meal anytime and one for my husband for the embarrassment and the trouble that they caused from yelling at him and me on the phone. By free they state that does not include tax or drink that is fine,but by free meal that means free. And that they cook their meals as ask and not leaving them raw or burning them if ask to cook the peppers and onions on fajita's. And that they have their sewer checked. And an apologize for this inconvenience.They need to have doors accessible for the disabled as well.
