the motion light was interfering with it's proper operation, so [redacted] asked that we "get rid of the time clock" and just use the motion light. My employee returned there, that evening (3rd visit) just to verify that the motion light was turning on: 1 when it was dark out, 2 when someone walked through it's sensor range, and 3 that it would automatically shut off within 2 to 5 minutes. At that point, it was operating properly. [redacted] called, stating that the light was not working properly and they wanted a time clock installed in the original location. She said that if we couldn't get the motion light to work, then disconnect the motion detector and just have the lights controlled by the time clock. We returned on [redacted], December [redacted] with a NEW time clock, installed it, and disconnected the motion light (4th visit). Upon completion of the work, [redacted] refused to pay any additional labor for this 4th visit and would not pay for the new time clock that we had to supply even though he told us to get rid of the first one. Apparently, before we returned for this 4th visit, [redacted] filed a complaint with Revdex.com and I received notification via [redacted] mail on [redacted], December [redacted], the day after our 4th visit.

Review: Electron installed outside spotlights in the front of our house several months ago. The lights came equipt with motion detection. The were programmed to go on for 5 minutes and then turn off.

That never happened. They came on at [redacted], and subsequently stayed on all night. Electron removed the timer box and took it with them. They returned once to correct the problem, but the problem persisted. I have no way to turn the lights. Several phone calls resulted in no action by Electron and calls were not returned. The lights remaian on all night.Desired Settlement: There are several outcomes.

1. Return the $220.00 paid to them.

2. Return the timer box and repair the exposed wiring and sheetrock left as a hole in the wall.

3. Put everything to its previous condition, leaving the spotlights as they are, without benefit of the motion detection feature.

4. Refund the difference between the cost of normal spotlights and that with motion detection.
