Review: [redacted] misled me to believing she would do a light ombr with peekaboo highlights and she completely gave me a horrible cut and color, when I said I was not happy with the results and pointed out the patches of brown she left me, she scheduled me to come in on Tuesday the 26 th of November and I refused to leave without that in writing. She called me about 20 min after I left saying that she won't do my hair because she "clearly can't make me happy". I agree with her however she took the full amount and left me with this horrible cut and color!Desired Settlement: [redacted] scheduled me to correct my hair and then I got a call where she stated that she was not going to fix my hair and now I am left with two completely different looks on each side!
