Review: I purchased a Pair of Vince Camuto glasses using my insurance in 2014, within that time frame until now. The glasses have been replaced twice and now making it a third time. The same issue with the glasses have occurred. The arm of the glasses are detaching from the frame itself. I went today 8/31/2015 to see if the glasses could be replaced or repaired. The customer service from the manager was completely not professional. This is a Family owned business and the lack of respect they have for the customers is not acceptable. The manager told me how that I SHOULD have more than one pair of Glasses and ask me how many pair of shoes of I have. Then went to speak to me as if I was a child who is not responsible to care for Glasses. I have to wear my glasses at all time.

Apparently the frame is defective where they are breaking from the arm of the frame. I was upset about having to come to store to be told nothing can be done today, but contact the company you deal with. There are many stores that are equip to replace and repair glasses within the store or within a 24 hour timeframe. Then advise me that the company has never had a problem with glasses before. This is not about the company, its about the manufacturing of the frame.Desired Settlement: I would like another pair of glasses equal to the value to the frames that I purchased. There is no reason why I should return 3 times to replace a pair of glasses valued at $200.00 and then have pay a service fee when I need them repaired. I need this issue to be resolved and the way the manager speak to her customers to improve. She should not speak down to her customers, but if you see there is a major issue an repet problem. As a Manager it your goal to get complete satisfaction for the customer, especially knowing that she needs her glasses.

I need a pair of glasses within a couple of days, not a week.

Review: ON 08/20/14 I purchase $653.00 prescription eye glasses from the merchant which I had to return one month and half later because the left lens came off. The day I returned the glasses I spoke to [redacted] who informed me that he would contact me via phone has soon has it's ready because he would have to contact the company and send the glasses back to get it fixed. I never received a call so on 11/10/14 I went to the store to find out what was going on. When I arrived in the store, he didn't say anything to me, but went in the back to get the glasses. When I got home I took the glasses off and put it on my dresser to go take a shower. After coming out of the shower, I took the glasses delicately to put it back in my eyes and notice that the same left lens the company claimed they fixed, came off again. On 11/11/14 My daughter and I went back to the store and spoke to Mr. [redacted] and told him what happened. My daughter asked him if it's possible to get a replacement because this is the second time this happened and that I'm paying a bill of $653 for something I'm not even using. He rudely responded to my daughter that he's not speaking to her and turned to me and said no he cannot replace it. He stated that he will send it back again to the company to get it fixed and will give me a call again when it's ready. How many time do I have to go through this? Anyone, even him would have been extremely upset to spend that much money on a pair of defective glasses. You don't treat or talk to your customers in such tone and manner. He was extremely rude and didn't want to hear anything that I have to say, but kept talking about how dedicate the glasses is, which I already knew the first time I purchase the glasses. All he kept saying that he understands, yet if he did, he would have made sure to satisfy his customer.Desired Settlement: The only thing I ask of the company is to either replace the glasses or issue me a refund. I can't keep going to through this anymore. What if this happens again? Then I have wasted $653 on something defective.
