It is obvious that [redacted] is using this as her own " poor me" sound board and not for resolving the issue.I also have several texts messages where [redacted] stated she would be resolving the payments that were owed There were absolutely no falsification of training sessions and I'm regarding this accusation as a personal attack.Therefore we will not be responding to any more notices from her She is in third party collections and her membership is cancelled

[redacted] with company responded by phone-** We have 2 taxt messages dated October 7, 2014 at 6:51 pm. and also October 10, 2014 at 12:09. Both from the consumer stating that she needed to cancel and was going to contact the owner of elevated Fitness by phone to do so. The consumer and her trainer...

had a sit down discussion. The trainer pointed out every date of a training session that needed to be paid for. The consumer agreed to these dates. She has not paid for those training dates yet.
