My truck was tagged by the city because it had been parked on the side of the road for awhileI was given hours to comply to the request of moving my truck to avoid being towed Due to the inability to start the truck at that time, I had to pay a towing company to move the truck for meIt was later determined the truck did not start because the battery was deadSince the manager was present when the towing company moved my truck on the premises, she was aware that I was the owner of the truckI later had a new battery installed in the truckWednesday, February 8, 2017, my truck was towed from the apartment complex where I liveWhen I talked with the manager about the incident, she told me that the city had it towed because it had been tagged, and she didn't have anything to do with the truck being towedWhen I spoke with someone from the towing company about why my truck was towed from the premises, I was informed the truck was towed due to abandonment On Friday, February

Under new managementThe new managers are extremely rudeI have come to my apartment on multiple occasions to my door unlocked after they have completed an inspection to also find half my drawers have been openedThey no longer notify you when they will be arrivingWhen you visit the office, they do whatever they can to get you out as fast as possibleImpossible to work with and try tacking on non-contracted fees that were not negotiated when you first arriveWhen I asked for the owner information to discuss this problem, they refused to provide itThey suggested I should be there for the next inspection and when I informed them I have work, they replied with they couldn't wait to do an inspection on my own time

I lived here for about months and plan on returning The only reason I left is for my job but would definitely recommend this place The office is always ready to help, day or night I always felt safe A great atmosphere It actually made me sad when I left I would say just make a visit to the office and you will not be disappointed

The apartment seemed very clean and nice upon entering Before moving my things in, I started the checklist to describe the condition of everything before move in Towards the end I was to check the mattress There was a new looking cover on the mattress that I pulled up to see any possible rips in the mattress itself There were several markings related to bed bugs around the mattress When telling management, they thought I was making it up Later they replaced the mattress anyway This same day, I was about to go to bed on the new mattress when I noticed more than one live bug on the mattress that was brand new It was clear that the bugs were infested in the carpet or some other furnishing and they had now gotten onto the new mattress, since the management did nothing to exterminate them I stayed in a hotel that night and had to fight with management in order to receive my money back (excluding one nights rent) In the end, I had to buy spray for my belongings to be sure not to spread the bugs, a hotel room, a nights rent, fees for the application, and spent an entire week trying to get my money back from the management There is a clear infestation and the problem is not dealt with well by management Protect yourself and take pictures as I did, and do not assume that because there is not evidence of bugs there are none, because they could have swapped the mattress minutes before you arrived
