Review: hi I recently purchased a nissan 2009 altima from elite autos on [redacted] and I have been a victim of automobile fraud I believe I got a call from a [redacted] detective telling me this place is invalved in shady practice's I have not received my registration from the car and this place was issued a warrant on monday 09/**/2014 same day I spoke to the saleman at the dealer he told me he should have my registration by the end of the week I was called to speak with detectives and they told me they have not even submitted the form to the dmv for the registration all the dealer's books have been confiscated and I am starting to worry that if by october * when my temp registration expires I will end up having to give the car back because I cannot get in contact with anyone at elite auto's anymore and I went by the location and no one has been there . I went to the dmv and they told me I had to get it from them what should I do?Desired Settlement: I would like the vehicle registered I was charged registration fee of 350 and still have not gotten it . also I have no tittle or know who has the tittle the dealer or westlake financial who provided the loan .
