Perfect service. They picked up the car, took care of everything with the insurance, kept me posted and dropped it off looking like new. Highly recommended.
EHS helped me out fixing hail damage. The process was clear, easy to understand and navigate through. Super friendly staff, really just good people there, something that is seemingly hard to come by nowadays.

Took my car in to fix hail damage and rear and fender damage from other incidents. They took care of all the damage and even replaced the top of my Crosstrek because the hail damage was so deep. They missed some spots when vacuuming and went ahead and took care of that while I wrote this review.

Elite is wonderful! The staff is amazing and treat you like royalty. They take care of your deductible, car rental, and call your insurance for you to make your claim. The work is fantastic and done very timely! Kudos Elite! And thank you for the $25 Starbucks card!

Elite took care of everything including the rental and deductible. They were able to fix nearly all of the hail damage within a week, and they even fixed a scrape I had on my mirror and polished my headlights!
The entire staff were a pleasure to deal with, Jimmer who tracked me down, Donna who helped me through the whole process, Robbie who worked on my car, and even Alison from the office who helped me get the paperwork to give to my bank.

Elite Hail Systems made it easy for us to get our truck fixed. Jason, Tasha and the rest of the crew made my truck look brand new after having nearly three dozen hail dents all over my vehicle. We will only do business with this company in the future and will recommend this company to anybody needing hail damage repair.

According to their website they have over 40 years of business experience, but no where on there do they mention the fact that they just opened in February of 2017.
According to their website they can handle body work and any level of hail and even collision damage. That is false. They do PDR only.
They turned my hail damaged car away because the roof needed to be replaced. They convinced me my car would be totaled by insurance and that roof replacement is devastating to the vehicle. According to a body shop that actually has been open for decades, roof panel replacements are extremely common following hail storms and they aren't devastating unless performed by someone who doesn't know what they're doing.
My car was nowhere close to being totaled.
Their website makes huge claims and looks very professional and well established, but their practice is to gather customers by essentially stalking cars with minor damage in parking lots and hard selling them.
Steer clear of this joint.

So sorry to hear that we were not able to help you with your repairs.
We definitely want to address your concerns, as Integrity and customer satisfaction are the foundation of our business.
The PDR estimate process can be a bit overwhelming, especially when the car is hit as hard as yours was. We’d like to explain a little bit more about what we do; in the hopes it will clear up some of the issues/concerns that you addressed above.
Our brick and mortar company didn’t open its doors until early January of this year, but our PDR managers and techs (some of the best in the business - not only nation-wide but world-wide), have over 40 years of experience in PDR - what we consider to be an art form of its own.
We do not purport ourselves to be a “conventional” body shop – PDR is definitely a different form of hail damage repair - however, we are able to do some of the elements of conventional repair that Do Not include breaking factory welds on the vehicles; which is what roof repair would require. In the case of your vehicle, the extent of the damage was not within the realm of Paintless Dent Repair, and we never want to lead our customers astray as to what we can, and cannot do for them. We never want to over-promise and under-deliver.
When working with insurance companies on our hail damage estimates, we have to ensure that we are actually able to do the repairs to the full, 100% satisfaction of the client…if you were told it was “totaled”, that simply meant that the amount of damage to your car + the value of your car did not equal a range that would make it a good candidate for PDR work. We never intended to imply that you couldn’t work with your insurance to have repairs done at a conventional shop that can work with roof removal etc. Cutting a roof is fairly commonplace for an auto body shop.
We have always, and will continue to, work with our clients to maintain the integrity of our business to the absolute best of our ability. We intend to act upon your concerns, and will be clarifying any misleading information that may be on our website, or marketing materials. Again, we sincerely hope this helps to clear up any confusion or frustration on your part.
