I had initially attempted to send this response on 8/21, but it must not have gone through.This is the email that I had sent to [redacted] on 8/21/Hello [redacted] , First of all, I want to apologize for the shortfall on this project from our end You did not receive the highest level of customer service that we strive for I am very sorry that we weren't able to meet your timeline or your expectations We absolutely could have done a better job communicating and getting this project wrapped up for youI would love the opportunity to sit down with you both and figure out what we need to do to get you taken care ofIn regards to the project itself, you have paid, $15,from the original scope of work of $17, There was also the change order for the additional electrical work and lighting, and the credits for the vanity fixture and for you doing most of the demolition workWhich was a total invoice of: $after all of the creditsSo the total amount of both contracts was: $17,of which, you paid $15,So the remaining balance is: $2,I understand there are additional credits from that due the toilet not being installed and supplied by usAnd the replaced larger windows have not been installed and the siding as well because we had to wait until the windows were installedIn your last email communication you said that you were going to have someone else complete the window and siding install because we could not meet your desired timeline because my installer was on a large project for a college I contacted [redacted] multiple times, and I can show you the text messages And we would not be able to install the siding until the windows are installedI know the window size that was originally installed were not what you hoped for, [redacted] had met with me as you know and agreed to that height As you know I also then at my cost replaced the windows with the higher height at your request, because you had expressed to me how important that aspect of the project was to youFinally there is the matter of all of the additional flooring material that is in the garage that was meant for p [redacted] two of the project Per the original contract for the entire scope of work the line item for the flooring for both p***s was: $10,of which, $7,was the actual materials I would like to sit down and discuss all of these things with you both, with the hope of coming to a consensus on how to move forward, and to get you taken care ofAgain, I know that we made mistakes and that this project should have been completed sooner, my goal is always great customer service and follow through, but unfortunately we can sometimes fall short, and again for that I apologizePlease feel free to call or email me to set up a time for us to meet and discuss how to move forwardSincerely, Sam C [redacted] ###-###-####

Which was a total invoice of: $476.33 after all of the credits. So the total amount of both contracts was: $17,486.00 of which, you paid $15,300.00 So the remaining balance is: $2,186.00 I understand there are additional credits from that due the toilet not being installed and supplied by us.
