I ordered a rack for my 07 Toyota Avalon and received it in two days, after receiving the rack, I removed my rack and compared the two side by side the one I received was 3/4" shorter than the one I removed. Rich asked me to ship him my rack as he wanted to rebuild it and he turned it around in one day. At no time did he try and tell me that I was wrong he was only concerned to getting the the root of the problem and rectifying it, including calling me on a Sunday in response to my email . If I had been a shop that would use his services on an ongoing basis I could have understood his quick response but I am an individual that may never use his services again. Having been in the manufacturing business I understand that mistakes are made and understand that they need to be rectified but the way Rich responded was far and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend Rack Doctor to anyone looking for a quality product backed by an outstanding company.
