time did not start until they arrived at his location.Until now, All-Some Movers was not aware of the additional damages that the customer is claiming, nor that the customer was upset about the arrival time.All-Some Movers is aware of the damage to the sofa only. On the day of the move the movers made notation on the Damage Verification Form for the damaged sofa, and all parties initialed the paperwork. After that nothing else was submitted from the Customer for the additional damages that he is claiming. In regards to the damaged sofa, All-Some Movers tried contacting him by phone to make an offer for the damaged sofa. We would like to make him an offer of $144.00 for the damaged sofa. All-Some Movers feels that this is a fair offer per the contract that was signed: "A HouseHold Good Carrier's Liability For Loss or Damage To Any Shipment is $.60 Per Pound Per Article Unless the Carrier and The Shipper Agree in Writing to a Greater Value".
