Elmcroft Of Roswell

My father and mother, *** and*** ***, moved to Elmcroft from Chambrel (also in Roswell) in July in order to get assisted living benefits that were not then available at ChambrelBy September, due to my father's dementia and my mother's Alzheimer's, he had named me his executor and given me a general power of attorneyI was now paying all of the major bills and noted that my parents could not afford the costs of Elmcroft due to afees that frankly they did not understandI advised my father by telephone (I live a day's drive from Roswell) to notify Elmcroft he and my mother would moveHe so advised them on September 9th and I have an e-mail verifying that from *** ***, the Executive DirectorHe was NOT advised that he would be charged for more days from that dateHe and my mother moved to Noble Village in Peachtree Corners the end of SeptemberI am now (December) receiving bills from Elmcroft for days in October when they did not live there
