On July 26, DWM placed an order (DWM Work Order #XXXXXXXX) for partitions for the *** Theater in *** *** FL with Elston's Division The total cost for this job is $as quoted by Bruce Raber It was agreed upon that the partitions would be produced by Elston's Division for an upfront payment of half ($2000.00) with the remaining payment to be paid upon completion and receipt of the correct partitions The down payment was sent to the Apollo Beach address on July 30, The check for this payment has been cashed by Elston's Division on August 6, Please see attached copy of cashed check on the next page
As of writing this letter on October 1, 2018, the partitions have not been produced as requested DWM representatives have attempted to reach out to any representative from Elston's Division for over a week now I need
