Elvis Landscaping and Tree Service

Review: On September 2nd 2014 the Elvis Landscaping Group was contacted to provide landscaping services on a house my wife and I purchased earlier this year. On September 3rd 2014 these services were agreed upon and contracts were signed for the services. The services to be provided included: putting down fresh sod and top soil, putting down paving stones on our patio and walkway, trim trees in the backyard, fix drain pipe on the outside of our home, install grey block walls around two trees and two flower beds.

My wife and I got married on September 20th and were promised that this work would be done by the time we arrived home from our honeymoon on the date of September 28th. The date is now October 24th, none of this work was ever completed by Elvis Landscaping Group LLC, and every time we even get someone from their company on the phone we are fed lies.

-The trees were trimmed in our backyard and left on our grass for weeks until I had to pay another company to come take them away.

- The paving stone portion of the job is still not complete.

- I had to hire another company to lay the sod before cold weather arrived

- None of the block walls were even started, I had to go buy materials myself and put them up myself as well.

- The drain pipe still isn't fixed, I will be hiring another company to come fix that as well.

Elvis Landscaping Group didn't complete any of the work they were hired for, leaving it up to my wife and I to take even more money out of pocket to have the work done by other companies. Every day with Elvis was a different excuse and it's to the point now where he won't even take our phone calls. At this point now that the majority of the work is done we just want our money back.Desired Settlement: We have already completed the majority of the work Elvis Landscaping Group was hired for, at this point we just want our money back.
