I maintain that this business DID authorize the return very early on in the process but I had to wait until my son brought his computer home from college to test the cablesI had made the business aware of thisStill, I accept responsibility that I took longer than their days to return the cablesI also maintain that I DID ship the cables to them at my own costI mailed by USPS and did not opt for tracking as this would have made the cost of shipping as much as the cablesI am satisfied that the company resolved this as I requested by refunding my original payment
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved

Review: I purchased two HDMI video cables from the seller eMallBox and received the items. The cables did not work as advertised and produced a video picture that was scrambled. I notified the seller and the seller sent a second set to me. These also did not work. Seller told me they would refund my purchase price and I did not have to return the cables. I sent the cables back at my own expense anyway. Seller then said they could not find my return shipment during weeks of emails. Then seller said they could find no record of my purchase transaction. So, I provided copies of all of their own earlier sale emails. Then seller said they did not know the total, so I provided this in multiple emails. Then seller said they needed my PayPal account, which is how I had originally paid, and I provided this as well. Months have now transpired with multiple emails with no resolution. Seller provided no refund and is now not responding to any emails.Desired Settlement: The price of one cable was $7.59 and the other was $12.59 for a total of $20.18. I am only requesting a refund in for the original purchase amount of $20.18 (not for the postage I incurred for returning the cables).

Our return Policy states 60 Days Return or exchange. The total cost was $20.18. Till today we have not received his return and out of courtesy we still granted the customer a full refund.
