Review: I sent two boxes with them to the Dominican republic. usually they take 9 days for my mother to receive the box. For the last 2 weeks they have been calling my mother and telling her that they are delivering the boxes to her and they don't. I call and they tell me tomorrow she will receive the boxes but she doesn't. I have been calling to resolve this issue and they are giving me the run around. my mother called and they told her that they lost the box and found it. but still no box has been delivered.
