Review: I have been using this company to ship clothing,food, electical tools,toys and other things to my daughter in the Dominican Republic.On my last shipping, all the merchandise sent was removed from the barrels and refilled with newspapers , old clothes, broken tools and garbage.I reported it to the person in charge here in NY and they refused to acknowledge what their employers did and now wont even answer my calls.The receipt they gave me specified that the barrels contained, clothes and home electronics. Today ,they denied it.I wouldnt pay $ 600.00 to send garbage overseas. I need this company to either return the merchandise sent to my family or refund the money I paid for the shipment.Desired Settlement: As I said, this company needs to return the merchandise to my family or refund the money I paid them here for the shipment in full.

Review: I sent a box with food and, over the counter medicines, and clothes to a poor family, in [redacted] of the [redacted] on the [redacted]. of JANUARY, 2015. FORTY DAYS HAS ELAPSED and over 50 calls what I get is PROMISES. This family is composed fo an elderly woman of ** years old, her husband ** years old, a [redacted] daughter of about ** years old, a grand daughter of [redacted] old. two twins of ** yeas old and her mother of ** years old and a unemplyoed grandson of ** years old. The FAMILY and the kids and suffering HUNGER as CARGO EXPRESS Co. has NOT been able to tell the TRUTH of the WHEREABOUTS of said box. I KNOW that some members working in shipping boxes to [redacted] are of [redacted] descent, with USA visa to work in US, If this case is not solve soon. I DO INTEND to report this case to [redacted] and to [redacted].Desired Settlement: The only thing that I am interested is that the person that received and shipment AND are SUPPOSED to deliver them to [redacted] is to DELIVER the box, # [redacted] to the family, in [redacted], [redacted].
