I purchased a boat trailer from EMI Marine Dave S***, and received the trailer but it did not fit the boat after several attempts to fix the problem Mr S*** (EMI Marine Inc) accepted the return of the traileralmost Year later and several attempts to collect my refund ($5600) but no responseA very un-reputable business to deal withEMI continues to scam people on Ebay under Onlinetrailers selling Venture Boat trailers

*** ***, when ordering a *** *** Boat Trailer, that had to be built, approxweeks ago, was told that the build time for the Trailer would be approx2-weeks, then the Trailer had to be shipped to Indianapolis In.His Trailer is "Custom " Built for his Boat, it is now finished and loaded
for shipment.It was to be shipped late last week, however, my Driver that delivers, had an issue, his Father Died, thus, we did not ship last week.I have informed *** *** that we will deliver on 8/2.Apparently, this is not good enough for *** ***.When informed last week, that we were not delivering, he said, "I will come get it", we said "no problem".Then he said ok, please deliver it, we said "no problem".We have always, promptly responded to *** *** emails

David S[redacted] of EMI Inc has stolen $20,000 of my money and shipped my boat across the world and I had to pay another $20,000 to get it released because he stole the funds for the shipping line. I even filed a case at the local court which is a joke its like the whole town is in on it. He is a convicted criminal from stealing cars and motorcycles as well as boats and deposits and full payments of his boat shipmebt customers STAY AWAY! He is a crook a theif and a con man!

EMI MARINE/ DAVID [redacted]T Dishonest likes to use deceitful business tactics and is a less than honest individual. Also misinforms customers about time frames and shipping costs related to trailer sales. Bought a trailer from EMI sent me a under weighted illegal trailer for boat with no second axel brakes. Trailer would be over weighted for use and no second axel brake system on trailer requirement is a law in state of AZ. EMI stated he would take back trailer if I paid difference of bigger heavier duty trailer . Sent him 700.00$ more he was to send me trailer in Aug of 2015 kept my 700.00 never sent me replacement trailer . Thief, scammer, WARRING do not buy EMI MARINE .
