Hello [redacted] , Attached you will see service request dated, 9/11/- maintenance went in on 9/13/- [redacted] call resident left message to make sure everything is fine in the apt on 9/14/2017on 10/19/resident place a service request - leak in the bathroom again - maintenance went in and took care of issue on 10/23/ on 10/26/ [redacted] calls resident to make sure everything is okay in the apt.on 11/21/resident place a service request again - maintenance tries to go in the apt, access denied the keyless was onmaintenance went a few times, but was unable to get access to the apt since the keyless was on.We talked to the resident to let her know we need access to the apt (see notes attached of conversation)Resident has history of having problem paying rent, and keeping area clean.(attached you will see a violation) While all of this is going on, assistant manager, [redacted] is trying to contact the resident, so we can get rent payment, plus we need access to the apt The resident skipped out the apt on 12/5/leaving a rent and utility balance in the amount of $plus late fees Please let me know if you need additional informationThanks, [redacted] Community Manager, Arlington Farms Apartments PRIMROSEWACO, TX 76706O: F: [redacted] www.arlingtonfarmsapts.comwww.clearpm.com

I am rejecting this response because: we were not paying due to mold and bubbles of water in the wallsMaintenance put down that the leak was fixed but was never resolvedWe left the apartment due to hospital visits and sickness that became of the moldIt was not a safe environent for someone who is taking anti-rejection medication due to a kidney diseaseI will not refer anyone to go to that apartment and I will be getting a lawyer to get my money or sue to make them pay for my hospital bills because of the mold
