Back in the spring I pulled pontoon out of dry storage and uncovered it, I noticed one of the rails was peeling paint and split, I contacted my dealer and sent pictures,then took boat by which they took pictures and sent to mfg, person over sees warranty told dealer it was no problem to fix and told dealer it would be 6-weeks to make part,the dealer told me if I wanted since it was getting mid boat season is to bring boat back after season and they will have part and install which I agreed to itAfter season was done I took boat to dealer and I was informed that the person who approved the fix originally approved fix was fired and new person denied request even if you it was approved before! Even thou it was agreed to be fixed they backed out on it with new personThe dealer said the rail would cost $300-$to get one made asked why they did not gave one made even when it was ordered, he had no idea, my dealer said he would not charge a install fee if I get a rail
