This guy is a [redacted] that doesn't pay his bills and then gets mad when you ask him about it He plays games with his customers and will jerk you around for awhile then you might actually get somewhere with him, but the work won't be satisfactory He's just a scam artist and a [redacted] don't do business with him Don't sell to him or take work to him because he will screw you over When I went to collect from him I found his shop closed down and was told I was the 15th person that had been looking for him that week because of checks he had bounced

I found the Endless Customz's Web Site on the internet and telephoned the company back in February 2015.
I ordered some parts for my 71 Super Beetle on 2/10/2015 at which time my Credit Card was charged $210.60.
After waiting a few days, I called Endless Customz to check on the status of my order & was told by xxxxxx that he was looking for the final part.
After waiting another week - same story. After yet another week, same story, so I told xxxxxxx of Endless Customz to cancel the order and return the $210.60 to my Credit Card.
When the CC was not credited with my money, I disputed the charge and the money was credited back to me by the CC company.I heard nothing from either Endless Customz or the CC company BUT noticed the charge had been added to my account again in April.
Apparently Endless Customz convinced the CC company that they had sent me the parts and I REFUSED delivery..... which is totally and completely UNTRUE. (As I had not responded to a letter that the CC company DIDN'T send to me, the case is now closed and cannot be reopened.)
I spoke with xxxxxx of Endless Customz on Monday, April 13th 2015 and he said that he had told me before I cancelled the order that it had been shipped... NOT TRUE because if it had been shipped, I would not have cancelled the order. He also told me the package had been delivered, but refused by me and returned to Endless Customz.
He promised to call me the next day and provide me with the USPS return to sender labels. Now it is April 17th, 2015, xxxxxx of Endless Customz did not call back and will not answer my daily phone calls (he has caller I.D.) - will not respond to my daily voice mail messages nor to my email messages. I have been contacted by numerous people who have also had this sort of THEFT experience with Endless Customz.
So, Endless Customz now has my money AND my parts.
If you are reading this, then I hope you are smart enough to do your research on Endless Customz before you give the a penny. Oh, and as of today, April 27, 2015, Endless Customz does NOT have a valid California Auto Repair License ---- ask to see it and don't be surprised at the answer.

Review: dropped classic VW bus off for body work, paint, suspensions; air bags, interior. Paid $16,000.and have poor work in paint, have body panels not welded in place and poor welds and bondo in place. No air bags, missing parts; crome interior pieces, door handles, windows..Desired Settlement: Refund on airbag suspension, I no longer trust him, his work. I will not let him work on my car again.Fair partial refund on paint and body work. I understand a full refund may not be possible, however I would like a refund of some sort to put towards another paint/body shop to re work the body and paint.with price being $16,000. I feel a fair refund should be approx $8-10,000.

I found this company due to the fact it is blocks from my local VW parts shop. When I spoke to the employess of the parts shop they tried to steer me clear from bringing my vehicle to Endless Customz due multiple issues past customers and a few employess have had with them. I should have listened and realized there is a reason there prices are much less than other restoration shops. I was very upset with the restoration process as well as the end result of my car which subsequently recieved three paint jobs to correct issues I found and I am still not pleased with the end result. The owner is a FAST talker who will say anything to get your buisness even if he has no intentions of meeting time scheduales or quality of work that we agreed to. After contacting a few more VW owners in the Ventura Oxnard area I have found that I am not the only one who has had issues with this company. Please learn from my mistake and steer clear unless you want to have an empty wallet and half completed vehicle. Please ask local VW shops what they think of Endless Customz, you will hear the exact same things.

The Guy That runs the shop is a CROOK, He fast talked me into painting my vw for a great deal because he knew I drove my car everyday and would get more business. I gave him $500 cash upfront and for a couple months was helping him with mechanicals and such for trade on getting my car painted. My vehicle was primered and he did some very sub par welding to the body and chassis that caused more damage and more repair than if he did not weld on it at all. He did not touch anything for a few months and I was upset with the work he had attempted to do so I asked for my car back--he got upset and started yelling at me and telling me lies right to my face. He did not even rember me giving him cash money. Its my fault for not getting a recipt so I am basically out $500 and all the time I spent helping him. After about a month I was able to get my vehicle back from him. I have a completly diassembled car rotting in my driveway because of this A Hole and his lies and sub par work. This shop should not be in business or working on vehicles at all.
