Endless Waters

We had been a customer of Endless Waters for the past few years, but decided to terminate the water delivery service recently due to poor customer service and delivery issuesWe notified Endless Waters on April of our intention to terminate services with themThrough email correspondence, they agreed to pick up the remaining supplies on May and send a credit check covering our deposit for the returned equipment ($per returned water bottle)They did not show up to pick up the equipment until May 12, at which point they took the water coolers, water stands and empty water bottlesWe have sent multiple emails (June 9, June 22, and June 29) asking when we would receive the refund of our deposit ($for the returned bottles at $each), however we have not received any response to our emails or a credit checkIn the last email, we told them we would be contacting you (the Revdex.com) for assistance, if we did not receive a response
