Very friendly, great help

Kevin *** was extremely responsive and attentive to my inquiries

I convinced my husband to get a warranty because we had recently paid some large repairs out of pocketI'm absolutely glad I did, because the repairs kept comingI spoke with Ashley because we needed help with the rental car while the vehicle was being worked onNot only did she get it approved, but she also called *** to set up the reservation, and they even picked us up at our house! I'll be reviewing enterprise next! Thank you for being there when we needed you Endurance!

Ive contacted Endurance and was about to cancel my policy A gentleman explained to me all of the wonderful things I was covered for Eddie *** helped me see the pissibilities and explained everything to me I am glad that I spoke to him

I am rejecting this response because:Now they are telling me second auto place I went to you which is the one they told me to go to because they said they had a free account with them now they're telling me that this place is in eligible for me to do the work with either how far is this wild goose chase going to go? So far *** dealership and then a place that they claim to have affiliation with are no good! I think I'm at the point where I need to file a dispute with my credit card I used

provides vehicle service contracts for customers that have an expired vehicle factory warranty or if the vehicle is approaching warranty expiration We provide this service to consumers across the country We apologize again for the error and have immediately placed your mother on our internal Do Not Mail list to ensure she does not receive any future mailings moving forward At Endurance we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service to each and every individual Please call us at *** with any questions, comments or concerns

I terminated my warranty after selling my carI was told I would be paid eight weeks later (at a massive loss because I had a small claim)It has been weeks and I still have not been paidNow they want to charge ME a fee to cancel a check that was finally sent days ago hen I should have been paid over two months agoAND they were going to remind me less than 10% of what I am contractually bound to receive (after their massive profit taking)This company does not deserve an A+ ratingThis is a scamSave your money and apply it toward anything that breaks on your car!

In response to the above referenced case number, Endurance reviewed the information attached with this specific consumer to ensure a resolutionAfter a thorough investigation, Endurance determined this to be a complaint
against the administrator of claimsThe obligor/administrator of the contract is *** *** Dealer Services (***)A claim was filed directly with *** by the consumer and the claim was deniedEndurance does not approve or deny any claims whatsoever therefore we accordingly contacted *** in order to uncover a reason for denial on behalf of the consumer*** informed Endurance that the claim was denied due to wear and tearThe repair facility and inspection report indicated the torque converter clutches are worn causing metal shavings to be present in the pumpThe coverage is designed to protect against unexpected breakdowns and failures however it does not recondition the vehicle as it wears down due to ageWear and tear and clutches are specifically excluded in the contract termsWe contacted the consumer in order to grant assistance with this issue and have not been able to reach himAlthough Endurance does not approve or deny any claims filed by the consumer, we have processed the pro-rated refund for the consumerThe check should arrive within business daysEndurance will always strive to provide each and every individual with excellent customer service

I am rejecting this response because: I feel the company should be held accountable for not only the full refund but the refund of the many years that I have placed in this country’s trust for the repair of my vehicleHave they had honored their contract I would still have my vehicle and not trying to figure out ways to get to work, or around etcThis company was supposed to repair my engineI paid into this, for over three years, and it was not honored.

I have a Hyundai Azera, well out of warranty I keep it because I like it and enjoy driving it, not because I have to keep it
Of all the out of warranty insurance companies I reviewed, Endurance provided the most coverage at a reasonable priceI don't have to go through any "middle-men" or get caught in squabbles over repair locationsEndurance is clear in their offer, have friendly well-trained staff, easy to sign up and work with, good folland communicationExcellent experience! Highly recommended!

In response to the case number listed above, Endurance investigated all of the information in order to provide a resolutionThis included reviewing the phone conversations the consumer had with the sales representative and the verification department at the time of saleOur investigation concluded
that the customer was never told he had a "bumper to bumper" warrantyThat term was not usedThe consumer was told he has purchased a power train policy and was sent the complete details of what is covered and what is not via USPS Certified Mail with delivery confirmation showing received on 4/30/The policy does include all coverage and exclusions in writing and it was sent to the consumer with a day money back guarantee to review all of the terms and conditions before acceptingUnfortunately the consumer's repair facility called in the claim for a worn out clutch which is a specific exclusion on the policy and therefore not coveredThe contract covers mechanical and electrical breakdowns but not wear and tear items such as the clutchIn the interest of customer service and to provide a resolution, Endurance went above and beyond the terms and conditions of the contract and provided this consumer with a full refund of everything he has paidEndurance will always provide each and every consumer with excellent customer service

Martin *** was very encouraging and made my morning a little bit betterMy only hesitation in keeping the service is that it is a little expensive for me and newer cars with these well built engines are designed to go well over 100k and some make 200k or greaterAs far as Endurance itself and people like Martin *** I may try to stay with them

Eddie was a delight to deal with today He was very knowledge and very helpful I could not have asked for a better experience from your company Eddie is definitely a "keeper employee"!

I had a issue with my car and wasn't getting the help I needed from the dealer I Called Endurance and talked to a Eddie Perez who truly went above and beyond to help me I have never experienced this great of customer service I can see why Endurance is number thank you so much

I have never had a problem that couldn't be solvedEveryone there in that company is very nice and willing to helpAs for me I always like speeking to one person as I have always delt with *** ***, he is an amazing person and very sufficient at his jobi would deffinet reccomend this company!!!

Martin *** was a pleasure to work with today My experiences with Endurance have thus far been positive with regards to billing and claims
