Ms *** refund check was accidentally sent to her former address and not the current oneOn yesterday, March 7th, the refund check was resent to the correct verified addressThe Manager of our customer service department has reached out to Ms *** to apologize for any unprofessional
contact she had with any of Endurance's employeesMs *** has accepted our apology and has direct contact with the department manager

I just bought at Lexus that came with an extended warranty issued by Endurance Warranty Services, and called Endurance to transfer the warranty into my name I really dreaded this phone call, expecting to be shuffled around the world until I got connected to someone who couldn't speak good EnglishInstead I was connected to Endurance's customer service expert (Martin) who did everything in one phone call--took all my info (considerable) and gave me the website to complete the transaction I thought I had been transported back to the '60s when folks took customer service seriously I didn't know experiences like this were still possiblePaul ***

In response to the case number listed above, we contacted the consumer in order to provide a resolutionWe understand the consumer took the vehicle in for repairs to the drive axleThe repair facility indicated that the drive-axle boot had
split causing it to leakOnce all the grease had leaked out the drive axle became dry due to lack of lubrication causing it to fail as wellWe informed the consumer and repair facility that we can cover the failure to the boot but cannot cover any failure due to continued operation resulting in further damageThe policy specifically states that any failure due to continued operation is not coveredBy driving the vehicle with a torn boot, all of the grease eventually leaked out and damage was caused to the drive axle from continuing to operate the vehicle without lubricationThe claim was pending an estimate from the repair facility however, the repair facility never continued with the claim or provided an estimateThe consumer paid for the repairs without moving forward with the claimIn the interest of excellent customer service, Endurance reached out to the consumer in order to resolve the matterWe obtained a copy of the invoice from the repair facility and informed the consumer that we will provide her with full reimbursement for total repair costWe also informed the consumer that continued operation of a vehicle in a failed state it not covered under the contract in the futureEndurance will always provide each and every customer with excellent customer service

I called Endurance with a issue with my truck I was not happy at all until I talked to the manager Eddie *** who from the begging of the call to the end he got me all squared away its people like Eddie that make companies like this successfuli truly ;appreciate everything he did for me No other company I believe would go as far as he did for me thx a bunch

So far so good, just make sure you read the coverage before you buy

After paying the deposit and one month payment, my transmission diedThey recommended an Ammco transmission store on south Halsted in ChicagoThe specialist stated to me there is no evidence of a pre-existing conditionThe endurance office people then lied on the tech while I was in the same shop with the techThey said "The tech said it was a pre-existing condition"The tech then informed the office people "That's not what I told you"Endurance repeatedly back peddled until I demanded all my money backThey gladly refunded all my money asked me to review themTHUMBS DOWN!!

The service I received today was outstanding My call was answered and reaolvwd very quickly The representative I spoke with was friendly and extremely knowledgeable

I had a general question, which I know is every customer service favorite call but it was very informative thanks to Kelsey I believe her name wasI feel more confident then ever with endurance

Very courteous and professional throughout the whole time I had the coverageI would definitely recommend this company to others who are thinking about buying an extended warranty

On Nov6, the customer purchase a *** *** *** *** (***) Xtra Supreme vehicle service contract from Endurance Please be advised Endurance is strictly the seller of the *** vehicle service contract *** is the administrator and obligor of
the contract which means *** administrates (approves or denies) the claims and is obligated to pay the claims Endurance plays no role whatsoever in the approval or denial of claims on *** contracts Endurance, as the seller of the *** policy gets involved on numerous occasions when the vehicle service contract company denies a claim by calling the company on the consumer's behalf to ascertain why the claim was denied and to put forth the best case for the vehicle service contract company to approve the claim In this case Endurance had no knowledge of the consumer being upset with ***'s claim denial until our company received information from the Revdex.com Accordingly, Endurance contacted *** to understand why the company denied the claim *** denied the claim because the customer's failure was due to "wear and tear", stated the decision was final and *** would not re-open the claim In the interest of customer service, Endurance issued the customer a full refund for the amount the customer paid into the contract The customer was very pleased with our attention and effort and understood the denial is ***'s decision and not Endurance

They were greatI would recommend them to anyone

I talk to Steve today 12-13-& he help meI had made up my mind to cancel my extended warranty but Steve went above his duty to correct my problem that I had with the company
If it wasn't for Steve I would be writing a BIG complaint against this business
