I sincerely apologize to the client if they feel they did not receive the utmost quality of professionalismUpon our initial visit to
the clients home we were very weary to take on the projectThe home was very unorganized and we noticed electrical errors throughout the entire homeFortunately for EMS, our workscope has NOTHING to do with electrical repair workWe insulated the attic for this client based on a state-program they qualified for, specifically for low-income householdsThat being said, we decided to still take on the projectTowards the end of the project the client claimed that there kitchen lights were not working properlyWe sent electricians back to the clients home MULTIPLE times to fix the issues he was describingWe sent electricians back at least different occassions to fix a very small problem as described by the clientI personally feel that he used us a contractor to solely have us "own" this sub- par electrical work, knowing it would be our responsibilityRegardless, seeing as we worked on the house, we still "owned" the issue and were determined to rectify the lights the client said was our faultAs soon as we fixed the fixtures the customer asked us to fix, and after he signed off they were working, I get another call saying there is something wrong with the ovenThat is when I kind of had to halt communication...It is one thing after another with this gentlemenI finally had to draw a line in the sand because I felt these "pre-existing problems" in the home would continue to fall on my shoulders without justifiable causeThe work we contracted and performed for ** *** was fully completed and installed to his satisfactionWe ALWAYS take the utmost pride in our work relationships and have a fantastic reputation for customer satisfactionI would really hate to see all the years of hard work to ensure customer satisfaction go to was te because one client is trying to get more free work out of usIf you believe this client truly has a valid complaint then we can revisit this home, but ultimately this issue is way bigger than anything EMS touchedBest regards*** *** EMS

Review: every time there was a problem and the problem was fixed another problem would occur. They promised us every issue would be resolved and after a year the electricity is still not working properly.Desired Settlement: JUST FIX IT... With a LICENSED ELECTRICIAN!!!

The business has responded. Please see below:I sincerely apologize to the client if they feel they did not receive the utmost quality of professionalism. Upon our initial visit to the clients home we were very weary to take on the project. The home was very unorganized and we noticed electrical errors throughout the entire home. Fortunately for EMS, our workscope has NOTHING to do with electrical repair work. We insulated the attic for this client based on a state-program they qualified for, specifically for low-income households. That being said, we decided to still take on the project. Towards the end of the project the client claimed that there 3 kitchen lights were not working properly. We sent electricians back to the clients home MULTIPLE times to fix the issues he was describing. We sent electricians back at least 4 different occassions to fix a very small problem as described by the client. I personally feel that he used us a contractor to solely have us "own" this sub- par electrical work, knowing it would be our responsibility. Regardless, seeing as we worked on the house, we still "owned" the issue and were determined to rectify the 3 lights the client said was our fault. As soon as we fixed the 3 fixtures the customer asked us to fix, and after he signed off they were working, I get another call saying there is something wrong with the oven. That is when I kind of had to halt communication...It is one thing after another with this gentlemen.
