I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved subject only to my actually receiving the products that were referenced in my complaint.  Thanks to your help, it appears that I should receive one of those any day and the other of those sometime during April.  If the business had simply responded to me directly at any time, I would not have needed to file the complaint.  I believe that Enerskin makes a phenomenal product and that they simply need to improve their communications in order to retain and obtain raving customers.

Easy to order from. Reasonably responsive by email, though sometimes delayed. Seem to have no awareness of or perhaps no interest in following up on returns and exchanges. Tracking will show package arrived days to weeks ago and it still takes an email to stimulate a response on their end. Have been waiting over two weeks for a credit to my card for returned products.
