What can I say about this company I found them often as I used to use on Windows it was good so then my wife started using it and then she seen that they had phone service to said she got a phone purse was good she was using it all the time Nice N Easy and she lost her credit card or something I can't remember what happened so we had asked one of my hands to use her credit card to pay her bill so she agreed to it and she's like you have go ahead this month then we just pay her back okay so we paid her money use your card bill got paid the lead at the card off the account months goes by and someone trying to make a purchase that was announced on a credit card so they put a frog thing on our account which stop the car from being used so at that time texting was due on that cell phone and they tried like or times to charge hours and then the charges are ants credit card the one that was deleted So my wife had a call and see why they charge on the card that we had removed from the account they said it was a bug on their system okay cool that's fine and what and then-then we were told that they will remove that card from their service completely guess what that did not happen cuz now it's been like months we go to a different bank so the car were using no longer uses on their work so they couldn't charge for a phone that we no longer was using and I always change it we're not using it they charged my aunt's credit card again the one that your service said that you removed off your account looks to me like some fraud going on When is not a one-time deal either because I remember right that they did the same thing in mind because I think I had a prepaid credit card online instead of putting on my regular credit card and send it and then I never change the number and then I had to pay my bill with my wife's card that I am removed and I called and had them remove it after it's paid off my bill on my account too but I forgot to change it and put on my new credit card and the money goes by they tried to charge my old credit card for a times then they charged my wife's credit card yes the one that was removed

Up until this past week I was very happy with this company and it's service The phones are reasonable and the monthly plans very affordable I purchased a refurbished *** *** * months ago and it started having the annoying problem of randomly turning itself off and being difficult and then impossible to turn back on Went through all their recommendations, factory reset etc., then they said I could send it back as it was within the year warranty and they would replace it They warned me any visible damage would void the warranty I was not worried, I had had a plexiglass screen protector and case on it from day one and the phone was in pristine condition Fast forward about weeks after sending back old phone and getting the replacement, I get a phone call saying thery found damage on the old phone and I would have to pay $to keep the replacement as the warranty is considered voided They sent me pictures of the scratch/crack on the screen - I know this was not there when I sent the phone It could not have happened in transit - I packaged the phone up in all its original packaging to send to them They will not believe me that the damage was not present when I sent it back, and of course I have no proof of this I can only assume the damage happened while in their possession but again there's no way for me to prove this, it's just the only explanation I can think of Keep in mind also that $is more than I paid for the phone in the first place and times their current asking price on their website When I inquired about this they said it was because they take a loss on those phones which they then hope to make up with the plans, therefore a replacement costs more They will be sending me back my inoperable and now scratched phone (and I get to pay the shipping fees!) once they receive the replacement I've now sent back This time I took pictures before I sent it, but I still feel like they could just turn around and say, "well we found damage,"and what would I be able to do about it? I asked if they could fix my old phone and then send it back to me instead of me keeping the new one - I can forgive the new scratch, but at least I'd have a working phone, and obviously the reason the scratch matters at all is because they want to fix it and resell it as a refurbished phone They said they don't process repairs for customers and I would need to have it fixed by a third party, which undoubtedly would cost at least what they're asking to replace it I feel powerless and very frustrated I feel this company should do a better job honoring their warranties when their phones stop working after just a half year - even if it means they lose money and can't resell the one you're sending back Beware if you need to send a phone back to them that's under warranty Take pictures first and know that even the tiniest show of wear will void your warranty You'd be better off just buying a replacement off their website I'm not doing that, because I refuse to give them any more of my business and I'll be searching for a new provider

My teen-aged daughter and I each have a TextNow phone. When in use, there is a delay when talking before the other party hears me. The delay also exists when they talk before I hear them. The delay is 2 to 3 seconds. Not much, but if you don't know about the delay, it can be frustrating when talking. But that is the only bad part of the service. I love the price (only $19/month) and since my daughter mostly uses the text part of the service, she is fine with the delay....and since I generally hate talking on the phone, I am fine with others having to put up with my phone service...perhaps they won't call me so much. We both like the unlimited service when on WiFi, and the smart phone capabilities. Since WiFi is ubiquitous, I rarely get close to using all of my data for the month. Their phones are very affordable. Be careful with the free phones or cheap phones and make sure that you understand how much storage they have. Read the reviews of the phones before you buy them. I have a cheap phone, but am quite happy with it. My daughter started with the cheap phone, but is much happier with the slightly more expensive phone. When I am in Mexico, my phone still works when I connect to the hotel WiFi. No extra charges, no extra minutes deducted. TextNow service is not perfect, but for the money, it is hard to beat.
