This concern has been forwarded to our area manager and we will provide you with an update once customer contact has been made.

I will forward this complaint to all of our area managers, as the customer did not indicate which location she is referring to.  We will reach out to the customer to see how to resolve this matter.  Thank you.

7/26, Michelle came to our [redacted].  She and the [redacted],
called the bank together.  The bank requested a handwritten letter
from us indicating that we have no claim to Michelle's funds.  Nick, the [redacted], sent
that in on Michelle's behalf that same day.  We have not heard back from
Michelle since 7/26, so we assumed that this had been resolved.
 
We have left a voicemail for Michelle this morning to follow-up.

Our [redacted] connected with the customer on 6/30 and offered to make this right on a future rental.  The customer was not interested and was more concerned that this...

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I work until at least 4:30 and I knew I would not be able to make it to Enterprise until Wednesday july 26. I tried to call but no answer and phone does not leave an option to leave a message. I did speak with another manager of Enterprise and they are suggesting I go to the Baraboo branch and call my bank and have them speak to them personally. I told her that I have already done all that.. And I told her that I did put the bank on speaker and the bank did verify that Enterprise did take funds from my card and told them that Enterprise needs to take the hold off my funds. [redacted] that I spoke with on the phone said this has never happened before. Therefore I think they do not know how to fix this properly. I just want my money back and its Enterprise that is not doing what they can to fix it. Its alot of money to me and has set me back as far as paying some bills and being charged late fee's and other problems.

We have contacted the customer and reached a resolution that the customer indicated he was happy with.

Our Area Manager has indicated that we will not be pursuing this customer for damages.  This case can be closed.  Thank you.

Our Area Manager attempted to email this customer last week and the message he received was "mailbox is full and not accepting messages at this time." We will continue to reach out to this customer to get this matter resolved.

Mr. [redacted] has been refunded.  In addition, our Area Manager, [redacted], left a message apologizing for the situation and also wanting to confirm that Mr. [redacted] has seen the refund.  [redacted] also asked what we could do to make it up to the customer.  We have not yet heard...

I was told by Manager on the original complaint. I went to Russ Darrow on August 19,2015. According to the service advisor [redacted] found the car pull to the left as in the complaint. He stated that he would need to do an alignment rotation the tires and find what tire that causing the Waller. He stated the cost would be $150. When [redacted] call to speak to the original manager on the complaint he was out with another cus[redacted]er, he spoke with Manager [redacted] and he refused to pay for the work I then ask to speak with [redacted] he stated the dealer are in to making money. I told [redacted] that I was instructed to take my car into Russ Darrow by his manager. He told me that I would need to take the diagnosis to Firestone. I then made an appointment with Firestone on Brown Deer Road for Tuesday 25,2015. I am here to get the car repair. I will be in contact after work is done. ThanksHi Just got through talking to the service adviser [redacted]  at Firestone he stated the problem is Pulsation brake Pedal due to wrapped rotors. [redacted] stated his boss was on the phone talking to Enterprise Manager about the problem. I will continue to keep you informed. Thanks

has been resolved.  There is no rental under Mr. [redacted] name. 
Once we determined who the...

actual renter was we were able to rectify the
situation.  The phone numbers on file go to the renter, so we've emailed
Mr. [redacted] to let him know it has been taken care of.
