My Girl Scout troop rented a van June Yesterday (1/17/17), I received a letter stating that damage had been done to the vanWe had walked around the van both at pick up and two days later, as they were closed when we returned the van later that night as well as the following morningDings in the van were noted upon pick up When we recircled the van that Monday, there wasn't any additional damage done The letter we received stated that there had been damage, and upon calling it was to the passenger side door, which had already been documented at pick up We actually didn't cause any additional damages During the call, I was told that due to us purchasing the additional insurance, they weren't pursuing anything and I should be happy about thatI am not, as now I do not TRUST our local Enterprise due to miss representation of our drop offThe price may be right, but whether or not I rent from this location, or Enterprise as a whole, is something to be determined Also, just to show how little they pay attention, my name on the letter was misspelled, and my zipcode was incorrectBoth should be correct in the system, as they were copied off of my drivers license at pickupMaybe it isn't the renters who need to pay attention, but the staff
My Girl Scout troop rented a van June 2016. Yesterday (1/17/17), I received a letter stating that damage had been done to the van. We had walked around the van both at pick up and two days later, as they were closed when we returned the van later that night as well as the following morning. Dings in the van were noted upon pick up.
When we recircled the van that Monday, there wasn't any additional damage done.
The letter we received stated that there had been damage, and upon calling it was to the passenger side door, which had already been documented at pick up.
We actually didn't cause any additional damages.
During the call, I was told that due to us purchasing the additional insurance, they weren't pursuing anything and I should be happy about that. I am not, as now I do not TRUST our local Enterprise due to miss representation of our drop off. The price may be right, but whether or not I rent from this location, or Enterprise as a whole, is something to be determined.
Also, just to show how little they pay attention, my name on the letter was misspelled, and my zipcode was incorrect. Both should be correct in the system, as they were copied off of my drivers license at pickup. Maybe it isn't the renters who need to pay attention, but the staff.
