The payment was process but no receipt or email to confirm order.

I have called and left voice mail on October 3, 2013 and October 7, 2013.

Since the time I received the letter form the Revdex.com I have gotten in touch with the customer. We have resolved the customers concerns and EnterURL is now submitting the customers site. The customer was not receiving e-mails from us so we sent them to an alternative address. I have also attached the confirmation e-mails. I also told the customer to call me directly if he has any questions regarding his account.
